~Essentially Yours…~

Oct. 3, 2014:

“Essentially Yours…” is a weekly email in which your confusions, concerns and challenges are addressed. The Divine Intention of this email is to take the personal curiosities of one and supply enlightenment and clarity to all.

“My question/concern/challenge is regarding Karma. Exactly when are my thoughts against others incurring bad Karma?  I find myself wanting to see those who have done an injustice, particularly against me, reap what they’ve sewn.  You’ve advised me to “Pull back” but, how do I know when I’ve crossed the line? ”

Vengeance is a natural response to a personal attack. I don’t believe Karma responds to an energy that is honest to the individual given the circumstances for we are spiritual energy in physical form; therefore as humans, we are subject to human weaknesses. I believe Karma, which in this context is ‘the genuine energy consciously projected to acquire a specific goal’, does respond to the focused energy that is projected on a continuous and continual basis. While we are to be honest in our emotional reactions, we shan’t become vengeful – full of vengeance.Wanting to do harm to another and planning their demise is self-generated dark energy that affects the  ‘manufacturer’ twice as heavily as it does the recipient of their focus. Whether you plan your revenge or fervently wish for their comeuppance, you are manufacturing and harboring toxic energy. And all energy created in the body is of the body.

We all shall reap what we’ve sewn; your impassioned desire for that to occur is redundant and self-sabotaging.

“I don’t know if this is a suitable topic but here goes: What is the best way to process my readings from you? Sometimes everything is obvious; sometimes things materialize later; and sometimes I’m just lost. I know you have a gift because this has been proven. I just want to become able to take advantage of all of the information you relay to me, even all of the emails. What am I doing wrong?”

This is a ‘suitable’ topic for any curiosity, challenge, or concern that you have I will address. And it is a great question!

I am a Spiritual Intuitive – my readings are ‘spirit-to-spirit conversations’; I am speaking to your spirit. When the emails or readings contain information that touches your soul, your spirit has received the communication. When the emails or readings miss the mark, you may find yourself confused. No worries! Some information you will get in real time; some will come later. It’s about being receptive to the information.

Also, the type of reading received can bear weight on one’s level of understanding. If you ask specific questions, it’s easier to digest the reading because the questions and answers are consciously connected – whether the responses are appealing or not. You have something conscious to connect to something intuitive – you can ‘see how such things can occur’. Consequently, it’s easier to process the reading.

If you are asking for ‘Intuitive Guidance’ (from either of the Spiritual Readings, Intuitive Guidance Readings, or Area-of-Concern Readings), you are more likely to get information that doesn’t fit within your current consciousness. And you making it fit will only make you crazy! It’s like forcing a piece into a puzzle; it just doesn’t fit what is already there. ‘Intuitive Guidance’ is information needed, not necessarily information desired. There are things in your life (either known by you or unknown to you) to occur that shall precipitate what has been relayed. The wise thing to do is to ask probing questions, or simply prepare for the changes.

“‘Spiritual Awakening’ and ‘Spiritual Journey’…what’s the difference? And how can I control this damn ego? LOL!!”

I refer to a ‘spiritual awakening’ as the moment when one’s spirit becomes aware of the life the ego has created. It is a ‘wake-up call’. It usually is precipitated by the sudden feelings of uneasiness (in one’s own skin), spiritual curiosity (wanting to know God, ‘Who is God?’), and wanting to know your purpose in life (‘What is my soul purpose?’). I refer to a ‘spiritual journey’ as the process during which the spirit is re-birthed and becomes acclimated to the life that the ego has created. It not only emerges, but becomes involved in those activities that nurture and guide its growth and survival. Understand that the spirit and ego are of one body; thus this is you, as spirit, indulging in activities that are different from those engaged in by the ego.

You don’t want to control your ego; you want to heal it. The ego is a magnificent thing! It has brought you to this point in your life, good or bad, you’re alive! And as it is the result of our experiences, and societal and environmental influences, it has endured many types of situations. If the majority of your childhood experiences were negative, your ego is likely emotionally and/or psychologically damaged. However, other conditions can occur which will negatively affect one’s ego. Truly, it has to be cleansed of the negative experiences (negative energy) that it has endured. Empower it via healing! Enable it to become the power it was meant to be. Once it is healed, it can better acquaint itself with the spirit.
